TERMS

The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the Terms and Conditions) are valid between you and SPACES WITHIN AB (Reg. No. 556884-8021) (henceforth: SPACES WITHIN; may be referred to as "us" and "we") and apply to all use of and orders placed on SPACES WITHIN website spaceswithin.se, and orders made by telephone or e-mail with SPACES WITHINs Customer Service team (henceforth together: the "Website"). Please note that SPACES WITHIN does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. SPACES WITHIN reserves its right to stop selling a product. SPACES WITHIN reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

ORDER PLACEMENT

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, by telephone or e-mail you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours, if you have not received it within that period send an email to shop@spaceswithin.se. DISCLAIMER

We cannot guarantee that this website will be free from typos, errors in specifications, prices, measurements, images or other erroneous content. We cannot guarantee that all products that appear on the site are in stock. You will be notified by email as soon as we received your order. We cannot guarantee that an image accurately reflects a product’s actual colors. Depending on your computer or monitor settings, colors may vary.

We reserve the right to deny any purchases at our own discretion.

PRICES

SPACES WITHIN operates in the following currency: SEK and EURO. SPACES WITHIN is not responsible for currency changes, and your bank determines the exchange rate that appears on your credit card statement.

Please note that the delivery costs are not included in the prices for the goods. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

DUTIES & TAXES

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT.

For customers outside the EU, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you. SPACES WITHIN cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes and duties nor any loss incurred by you as a result.

VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS

Voucher codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or additional vouchers. Voucher codes are subject to expiration and are only applicable within the set date range. Vouchers can therefore not be applied to past or future orders that fall outside of the voucher’s valid dates. Promotions are not applicable on past orders.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

If you receive an item classified as faulty and/or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. SPACES WITHIN’s quality guarantee only covers possible manufacturing defects and cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness e.g. oxidisation of brass or fading of nickel plating.

The copyright in the documents (including, without limitation, the trademarks of SPACES WITHIN, logos, graphics, photos, text, design, icons, images data and software) provided in this web site are owned by or licensed to SPACES WITHIN AB and its affiliates. You are authorized to use material from spaceswithin.se only for personal, non-commercial use. RESPONSIBILTY

SPACES WITHIN liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will we assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, pandemics or similar events. SPACES WITHINs’ liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, SPACES WITHINs' obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and SPACES WITHIN can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by us.
